Moonling AI Membership, Subscription and Credit Terms

1. Products

Weekly, monthly, and yearly memberships are subscriptions. Credit packs are consumable digital items used for AI services in this App; they are not currency, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and an active membership may be required to use credits.

2. Apple App Store

Apple processes iOS purchases. Subscriptions renew for the period shown on Apple's confirmation screen unless canceled under App Store rules before the current period ends. Manage or cancel through Apple ID subscriptions and use Restore Purchases in the App for eligible entitlements.

3. Google Play

Google Play Billing processes Google Play purchases. Subscriptions renew under the selected base plan unless canceled in Google Play Payments & subscriptions. Pending purchases grant no entitlement until Google confirms PURCHASED status. After server verification and credit delivery, the corresponding consumable Play product is consumed so it can be purchased again.

4. Entitlement synchronization

Membership expiry follows the verified store response, and purchase tokens prevent duplicate grants. On another device, use the original Google or Apple account and Restore Purchases. A refund, revocation, chargeback, or subscription expiry may remove corresponding membership or recover unspent credits where permitted.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Eligibility and processing follow Apple, Google Play, applicable consumer law, and the payment confirmation screen. Deleting an App account or uninstalling the App does not cancel a store subscription. Refunded digital entitlements are revoked.

6. Account deletion

Manage any active subscription before deleting a Google Play account. Minimal de-linked order records may be retained as necessary for refunds, tax, disputes, security, and anti-fraud obligations.
