Moonling AI Terms of Service

1. Service and accounts

Moonling AI provides AI-assisted script, character, scene, image, and video creation, cloud works, memberships, and credits. The Google Play Android version creates no temporary account before sign-in; Google sign-in is required for generation and other account-based core features. Existing iOS device-account behavior remains unchanged. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and signed-in account.

2. Acceptable use

You must not submit or generate illegal, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, sexually exploitative, child-endangering, malicious, privacy-invasive, or safety-circumventing content; disrupt the service; abuse resources at scale; or bypass billing and credit controls. We may restrict unlawful or abusive content or accounts and retain records necessary for review and appeal.

3. Your content and AI output

You must have the necessary rights to submitted prompts, materials, and reference files. You retain rights available under applicable law and grant us the limited license needed to provide, store, transform, review, and transmit the service you select. AI output may be inaccurate, repetitive, or similar to third-party material. Review facts, copyright, likeness, trademarks, and professional requirements before publishing or commercial use.

4. Memberships, credits, and stores

In-App digital memberships and credits are sold only through the billing system permitted by the distribution platform: App Store for Apple users and Google Play Billing for Google Play users. The confirmation screen controls final price, currency, tax, renewal, cancellation, refund, pending-payment, and restoration terms. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and work only for digital services in this App.

5. Availability and responsibility

We reasonably maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of networks, third-party AI providers, or app stores, or that output is fully accurate or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss. Non-excludable consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Account deletion and termination

Google Play users may delete an account in App settings or through the public web deletion page. Account deletion does not cancel an active store subscription; manage it in the applicable store first. Minimal de-linked transaction or security records may be retained where legally necessary. You may also stop using and uninstall the App.

7. Changes and applicable rules

We may update these terms for legal, platform-policy, security, or feature changes. Material changes will be reasonably announced. Store terms, mandatory consumer protections, and non-waivable rights in your jurisdiction also apply.
