Delete Moonling AI Account and Data

Google Play users can verify the original Google account and submit deletion on this page without reinstalling the App. You may also use Settings → Delete Account & Data inside the App.

Before deletion: Deleting an account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. First manage any active subscription in the Google Play subscription center.

Data that will be deleted

Google sign-in profile, membership, and credit balance
Cloud works, scripts, characters, scenes, generation records, and deletable logs
Other deletable use data linked to the account

Account and work database records are removed immediately. Associated files in our own cloud storage are also removed immediately; if storage is temporarily unavailable, cleanup is retried automatically and completed within 30 days.

Data that may be retained

Minimal transaction records may be de-linked and retained for the period necessary to meet refund, financial, tax, security, anti-fraud, and dispute obligations. Backups are removed or anonymized through normal rotation.

This action cannot be undone. Existing works and unused entitlements cannot be restored. Signing in again later creates a new account.

Google Play 用户可在本页验证原 Google 账户并提交删除，也可前往 App“设置 → 删除账户与数据”。删除账户不会取消 Google Play 订阅，请先管理仍生效的订阅。账户和作品数据库记录立即移除，自有云存储文件立即清理；若存储临时不可用，会自动重试并在30日内完成。为处理退款、财务、税务、安全、反欺诈和争议，解除账户关联后的最少交易记录可能在必要期限内保留。此操作不可撤销。
